Opto 22’s SNAP TEX breakout boards each wire 16 points of digitial I/O to field devices.

The SNAP-TEX-FB16-H breakoutboards supplies 120-240 volts of power to loads while the SNAP-TEX-FB16L supplies 12-24 volts.
